(2) Main causes and troubleshooting methods


(a) Check the 3-phase input voltage of the amplifier (should be greater than or equal to 0.85 times the rated input voltage)


(b) Check the 24V power supply voltage output by the PSM (normal: greater than or equal to 22.8V)


(c) Check the connector and cable (CXA2A/B) (d) Replace SPM SPM Alarm code 19, 20


The offset voltage of the current detection circuit of the U phase (alarm code 19) and the V phase (alarm code 20) is too large. Detect when the power is turned on.


When an alarm occurs, please replace the SPM. If this happens right after replacing the SPM control PCB, check the insertion status of the connector between the power unit and the SPM control PCB.
