DF3A stepper driver, the power source of 3-phase reactive step motor, the actual application of thousands sets indicated its characteristic as follows:
ü HIGH RELIABILITY:
Driver circuit was deeply simplified with digital technology and SCM and whole reasonable tight construction was designed with excellent defense. Fully circuitry safeguards in short circuit, out-current, over-heat, and low-voltage. Favorable protection greatly improved its reliability.
ü STEADY SLOW PERFORMANCE:
Soft circular division and vector subdivision with SCM realize 1:1 smooth subdivision and 5, 10, 20 times vector subdivision (DF3B is 4,8,16 times subdivision), it makes the running of the stepmotor more steadily to avoid surging or losing step. The application of the vector subdivision technology leads the higher-precision output of the step drive system mating with the μm grade CNC system.
ü EXCELLENT QUICK CAPABILITY:
The frequency of the input signal is not lower then 250 KHz (at 20 times subdivision), the frequency of the output current reaches 15KHz. Single high-voltage (300V) constant current wave-clipper makes this driver has excellent quick capability. The max speed of driven motor is not litter then 7.0M/min.
ü WIDE USAGE:
3~10A adjustable output current can drive 90BF, 110BF, 130BF stepmotor with 2NM~25NM output torque. By reducing the voltage to 110V, it can drive 55BF, 75BF stepmotor, too.
